About the role
The Clinical Education Coordinator supports the educational operations of the Clinical Skills Center and Simulation Center at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. This role ensures smooth coordination of student activities, standardized patient programs, and certification courses.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate standardized patients, space, equipment, and resources for educational sessions.
- Manage student assignments, rotations, attendance records, and assessment data.
- Schedule make‑up and remediation sessions for students.
- Prepare and reset instructional spaces, operate the learning management system, and monitor sessions in real time.
- Handle inventory control and equipment management.
- Schedule and support standardized patient activities, process related payments, and provide on‑site assistance.
- Serve as primary contact for ACLS, BLS, and PALS course enrollment and maintain learner records for billing and reporting.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
