About the role

As a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) at CHI St. Vincent Heart Clinic Arkansas, you will be a central figure in delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care. You will work closely with physicians and the care team to ensure patients receive thorough education, coordinated care, and support throughout their visits.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality care to patients and families as directed by physicians.
• Document patient and family education, ensuring understanding.
• Accurately record physician orders and patient communications following clinic policies.
• Deliver appropriate care in emergency situations under physician direction.
• Perform routine clinic procedures and administer medications accurately.
• Conduct comprehensive screenings, risk assessments, and preventative health education.
• Coordinate care for diverse patient populations, leveraging technology to streamline processes.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license for Arkansas (or eligible to obtain upon hire).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Strong clinical knowledge, compassion, and excellent communication skills.
• Adaptable and eager to learn patient-centered care practices.
