Client Transition Specialist

About the role

Savvy is looking for a detail‑obsessed, resourceful operator to join its advisor transitions team and own the hands‑on work of moving newly signed advisors’ books onto Savvy’s platform. You will drive each transition from signed to fully live with speed, precision, and a white‑glove touch.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end transition of assigned advisors’ books across custodians, from paperwork generation to completed account transfers.
• Prepare, validate, and submit account paperwork with a low NIGO rate, catching data issues early.
• Act as the dedicated day‑to‑day point of contact for transitioning advisors, keeping each transition on schedule.
• Coordinate across custodians, vendors, and internal teams (Operations, Product, Client Servicing) to unblock transitions.
• Monitor and report on transition progress, flagging risk situations early.

Required profile

• Resourceful self‑starter who figures out problems and unblocks transitions without waiting for direction.
• Detail‑obsessed with strong data‑hygiene instincts, catching errors before they cause delays.
• Comfortable learning new custodial platforms and AI tools quickly.
• Excellent communicator who stays calm and clear with advisors under pressure.
