About the role
The Client Service Associate (CSA) supports Santander Investments’ Financial Advisors by handling administrative and service functions. This sales‑support position ensures advisors can focus on client relationships while the CSA manages day‑to‑day operational tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Provide infrastructure support to multiple Financial Advisors.
- Manage advisors’ calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate client meetings.
- Handle customer requests, inquiries, and service needs efficiently.
- Perform administrative duties such as faxing, scanning, uploading documents, and data entry.
- Serve as subject‑matter expert for all systems used by the business line.
- Identify additional client opportunities through research, reports, and reviews.
- Collaborate regularly with advisors to support existing clients and prospect growth.
Required profile
- Strong sales experience with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills and respect for both internal partners and external clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem‑solving mindset within established policies and procedures.
