Civil Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to join our Site/Civil team in Hartford. The role involves designing and delivering land‑development and infrastructure projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineers and scientists.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed site and civil designs, including layout, grading, drainage, utility networks, storm‑water management, and erosion‑control plans.
• Prepare site plans and construction documents for permitting and construction.
• Support permitting processes and coordinate with local and state agencies.
• Conduct occasional field investigations and site visits.
• Work with internal project teams to provide high‑quality technical solutions.
• Assist in project coordination, scheduling, and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–4 years of civil/site engineering experience.
• EIT registration required; PE preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively in a team.
