About the role

The Child Development Technician will support the Kids First Mountain View program, providing assistance with child development activities and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for participants. This position is based at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and reports to the department overseeing pediatric services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily child development programs and activities.
• Maintain accurate records of participant progress and observations.
• Support the preparation of materials and equipment for sessions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with clinical and educational staff to coordinate services.

Required profile

• Legal authorization to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
