About the role

We are seeking a Child Development Technician to join the Kids First Mountain View program. The position is based in Mountain View and supports the delivery of child development services within the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences network.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily child development activities and therapeutic sessions.
• Support data collection and documentation for child development programs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Maintain a safe and engaging environment for children and families.

Required profile

• Current affiliation with the University of Arkansas System (employee, student employee, or graduate assistant).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Commitment to the mission of improving child health and development.
