About the role
The company, a subsidiary of the CAN Group, is looking for a Site Manager (Cordiste) specialized in natural risk protection works. The role involves planning, supervising and executing protective measures such as rock bolting, rockfall barriers and sprayed concrete on challenging access sites.
Key responsibilities
- Plan tasks and allocate personnel to specific workstations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and working condition requirements on the site.
- Monitor progress, productivity, material consumption and stock levels.
- Verify that work is carried out in accordance with contractual specifications.
- Participate directly in the execution of protection works.
Required profile
- Certified rope access technician (CQP 2 or CATC) with 5–7 years experience in natural risk protection.
- At least 2–3 years experience in a site manager or team‑leader position.
- Strong organisational abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good command of documentation and computer tools for reading plans, operating procedures and material/personnel tracking.
Required skills
- CQP 2 certification
- CATC certification
- ASQUAPRO projected concrete training (preferred)
