About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) immediately in Jersey City, Bayonne, Kearny, Harrison and East Newark. As part of the care team, CHHAs support clients' daily needs and help them live independently at home.

Key responsibilities

Assist with daily living activities
Help with bathing, grooming and light housekeeping
Support range of motion and exercises, and assist with ambulation
Help with home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation and bed making
Assist with medication and accompany clients to appointments
Run errands and escort clients

Required profile

Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide license

Weekly pay, base pay of $16-$18 per hour depending on qualifications
