Business Systems Analyst - Global Supply Chain Systems

About the role

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will support CooperVision's Global Supply Chain applications, ensuring that IT systems enable efficient packaging artwork management and inventory replenishment across manufacturing, packaging, and distribution sites.

Key responsibilities

• Provide configuration and data‑integration support for VisionPack (ESKO) and o9 Solutions applications.
• Act as liaison between the Global Supply Chain team, Information Services, and software vendors.
• Create and communicate process flow diagrams, functional requirements, compliance specifications, and interface designs.
• Audit technical designs, execute functional tests, and support code deployments during hyper‑care periods.
• Perform data analysis, query formation, and database investigations to resolve issues and support customer service.

Required profile

• Experience supporting supply‑chain software applications and interfacing ERP with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to document requirements and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
