Business Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to help build the internal systems and processes that keep Clarasight running smoothly as we scale. As one of the first operations hires, you will work across revenue operations, people ops, process design, and automation, partnering with leadership, sales, and recruiting to solve bottlenecks and create lasting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own GTM operations, maintaining a clean CRM, ensuring seamless handoffs between marketing and sales, and providing the tooling needed for effective execution.
• Design and improve processes across the business, evaluating and managing internal tools from onboarding to execution.
• Build automations that eliminate repetitive manual work in sales, hiring, and internal operations, leveraging smart system design.
• Support global hiring coordination, onboarding, and people processes, helping to create an operational infrastructure that scales across geographies.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, consulting, or a similar role, preferably at a fast‑moving startup.
• Highly organized with a passion for keeping systems clean and processes consistent.
• Comfortable working with tools such as HubSpot, Notion, Slack and quick to learn new platforms.
• Builder’s mindset, constantly seeking automation and improvement before accepting the status quo.
• Clear communicator across functions and seniority levels, thriving in a fast‑paced, early‑stage environment.

Required skills

• Experience administering a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
• Familiarity with automation platforms like Zapier or Make.
• Exposure to recruiting coordination or people‑operations processes.
