Business Development Coordinator – Remote

About the role

ProSource is looking for an organized Business Development Coordinator to join its remote team and support overall growth operations. The role involves coordinating vendor partnerships, managing executive meeting schedules, maintaining CRM data, and facilitating communication across leadership, external vendors, and member committees.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational coordination for the VP of Business Development, including schedule management and preparation of meeting materials.
• Create meeting agendas, record detailed action items, and execute follow‑up communications with executive stakeholders.
• Maintain outreach logs, partner records, and committee communication histories within Salesforce.
• Draft professional correspondence, vendor updates, briefing packages, and presentation decks.
• Coordinate inter‑departmental workflows with internal sales, merchandising, operations, and events teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in executive support, business development coordination, or sales operations (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications (preferred).

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
