Business Banker – Commercial Lending

About the role

Citizens Bank is seeking an experienced Business Banker to join our Mukwonago branch. You will be responsible for building and maintaining long‑term relationships with commercial customers, helping them achieve their financial goals through tailored banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sustain relationships that generate loans, deposits, and fee income.
• Negotiate commercial loan terms in line with internal credit standards.
• Collect and analyze customer financial information to assess needs and feasibility.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Credit Department to prepare credit presentations.
• Present financial information to relevant committees for approval.
• Cross‑sell a full range of bank products and services to commercial clients.
• Effectively manage a loan portfolio and ensure compliance with policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (required); Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial lending experience.
• Proven ability to cross‑sell banking and financial services.
• Extensive knowledge of standard commercial lending practices.
• Banking experience and familiarity with bank systems preferred.
• Strong decision‑making ability with minimal supervision.
• Effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and adherence to regulatory requirements.
