About the role
The Bus Driver position supports the campus community by providing safe, reliable transportation for students and staff. This temporary, fixed‑term role is based at the Helena campus and requires adherence to university transportation policies.
Key responsibilities
- Safely transport students and staff to and from designated locations.
- Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
- Enforce campus transportation policies and procedures.
- Complete required trip reports and documentation.
- Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and other needs.
Required profile
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with passenger endorsement and GVWR + 26,000 lb endorsement.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass motor vehicle and background checks.
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
