BTP Solution Engineer

About the role

As a BTP Solution Engineer you will design, build and support scalable, secure integration solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). You will enable seamless system‑to‑system connectivity, ensure data consistency and drive event‑driven integrations across enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations using SAP BTP services such as Integration Suite, API Management and Event Mesh.
• Create inbound, outbound and bidirectional interfaces between SAP and non‑SAP systems, handling data transformation (JSON, XML, IDoc).
• Collaborate with architects, application owners and business teams to gather requirements and define technical designs.
• Support integration testing, deployment, release management and monitor production integrations for performance and reliability.
• Ensure integrations comply with security, privacy and governance standards.

Required profile

• Strong experience with SAP BTP and its integration services.
• Proficiency in building APIs, event‑driven architectures and middleware solutions.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and translate business needs into technical designs.
