Brand Designer – Consumer Packaged Goods

About the role

As a Brand Designer on PepsiCo’s Brand Design team, you will shape visual identities and packaging solutions that connect our food and beverage portfolio with today’s hyper‑connected consumers. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners to translate strategy into compelling design outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand design strategies across product architecture, visual identity systems, packaging, and structural design.
• Lead brand and graphic design projects from ideation through execution, ensuring consistency and business impact.
• Present concepts clearly, sketch ideas rapidly, and iterate based on feedback from design leads.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and collaborate with functional design experts.
• Manage timelines, milestones, and internal deadlines to deliver high‑quality solutions in a fast‑paced environment.

What we offer

• Compensation range: $80,700 – $135,100 per year (salary based on location, experience, and education).
• Performance‑based bonus targeting 5% of annual salary.
