About the role
The Brand Ambassador Manager will lead a team of promoters across retail venues and events, driving lead generation for the sales organization. This full‑time, onsite role requires travel to various locations, coaching, and performance optimization.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor marketing associates and promoters.
- Develop solutions to challenges and ensure lead‑generation targets are met cost‑effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with business leadership, customers, and employees.
- Motivate the team to achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Track and communicate all activity to Retail/Events Operations.
Required profile
- Experience in face‑to‑face marketing, canvassing, or promotion.
- Proven management or leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work weekends consistently.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to pass background checks.
