Body Imaging Oncology Radiologist

About the role

Ochsner Health in Covington, LA is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Radiologist with fellowship training in Body Imaging and a focus on Oncology to join its expanding practice at a large outpatient super‑clinic adjacent to a new state‑of‑the‑art cancer center.

Key responsibilities

• Perform body imaging studies with an emphasis on oncologic patients, including advanced MRI and PET examinations.
• Participate in after‑hours coverage on a rotating schedule, providing night‑time and weekend support.

Required profile

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology.
• Fellowship training in Body Imaging (preferred) and interest in advanced MRI techniques and PET imaging.

Required skills

• Advanced MRI techniques (prostate, cervix, rectal MR).
• PET imaging interpretation.
