Bilingual Virtual Dental Receptionist / Front Office Admin Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) virtual dental receptionist to become an extension of an established U.S. dental practice. This remote, patient‑facing position handles high‑volume calls, scheduling, insurance verification, and day‑to‑day front‑office support while providing a warm, professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound patient calls for scheduling, follow‑ups, and general inquiries.
• Schedule new and existing appointments, manage confirmations, rescheduling, recalls, and reactivate inactive patients.
• Verify dental insurance eligibility, benefits, deductibles, and annual maximums.
• Assist with prior authorizations and pre‑treatment estimates, gathering documentation and tracking requests.
• Maintain accurate patient records in Eaglesoft, including demographics and insurance information.
• Provide general front‑office administrative support to reduce in‑office workload.
• Communicate patient needs, scheduling issues, and insurance questions to the dental team.
