About the role

Wells Fargo is looking for a bilingual teller to join its National Branch Network in Rio Rancho. In this front‑line, customer‑focused position you will handle everyday banking transactions, provide a welcoming experience, and introduce customers to digital tools and relevant products.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process routine service transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options, including self‑service and digital tools.
• Build relationships, listen actively, and connect customers to appropriate information, services, or bankers.
• Identify potential product or service needs and refer customers for detailed guidance.
• Complete transactional and operational activities with sound judgment while managing risk in line with policies.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent customer experience.
