About the role
A law firm is looking for a bilingual Legal Intake Specialist to act as the first point of contact for prospective clients. The role qualifies leads, conducts intake interviews, gathers case information and guides potential clients through the onboarding process.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct intake interviews with prospective clients
- Gather and document case information accurately
- Qualify leads according to firm guidelines
- Follow up by phone, email and text message
- Build rapport and guide qualified prospects through the intake process
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and case management systems
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure a smooth client experience
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience as an Intake Specialist, Legal Intake Specialist, Intake Coordinator or similar role
- Bilingual English and Spanish
Schedule options
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Denver time), with 2 days working from home
- Wednesday to Friday, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Denver time); Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with weekend days remote
