Bilingual Forward Deployed Engineer (English/Spanish)

About the role

AiPrise is a YC‑backed compliance orchestration platform serving fintechs, marketplaces, and payment companies worldwide. As a Bilingual Forward Deployed Engineer you will work directly with strategic customers, translating their compliance challenges into technical solutions and delivering rapid, production‑ready integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Embed with key customers to understand onboarding, KYB, and compliance workflows.
• Design, build, and deploy custom integrations, API endpoints, and data pipelines.
• Debug production issues in real time and troubleshoot complex vendor integrations.
• Provide feedback to the core product team, identifying patterns that can become platform features.
• Document solutions, create internal tooling, and develop runbooks to accelerate future deployments.

Required profile

• 3+ years of software engineering experience delivering production systems.
• Strong backend fundamentals and ability to communicate with senior compliance stakeholders.
• Fluency in Spanish (reading and writing) to support Spanish‑speaking customers.
