Bilingual Dental Insurance Specialist & Patient Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a camera‑ready Bilingual Dental Insurance Specialist and Patient Coordinator to guide patients through treatment plans, verify insurance benefits, and manage communications for our dental practice.

Key responsibilities

• Present clear, video‑facing treatment plans and financial options to patients.
• Perform thorough dental benefit verifications, calculate copays, and manage pre‑authorizations.
• Answer patient questions, handle follow‑ups, and coordinate care workflows using Mango Voice.
• Process and log treatment records, chart notes, and insurance details accurately within Dentrix.

Required profile

• Direct prior experience in a U.S. dental office; dental healthcare background strongly preferred.
• Exceptional, fluent bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a video‑facing virtual setup (camera‑ready).
• Full‑time contractor (40 hours/week) with a Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm PST schedule.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Dentrix EMR.
• Proficiency with Mango Voice phone system.
