About the role

The Bilingual Account Manager will oversee maintenance, grounds, and laundry services for corporate properties while managing a team of approximately thirty staff. Reporting to the management team, the role requires strong administrative abilities and bilingual communication.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services across assigned properties.
  • Manage supply ordering, inventory, and the supply chain for maintenance materials.
  • Conduct daily property walks to ensure client satisfaction and address safety concerns.
  • Schedule staff and vendors, handle work orders, and provide on‑call emergency support 24/7.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports and attend weekly management meetings.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3‑4 years of maintenance experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to train staff on protocols and exceed client expectations.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Office 365.
  • General computer proficiency for reporting and communication.
