B2C Marketing Intern (Part-Time)

About the role

Clera, the AI talent agent, is looking for a B2C Marketing Working Student / Intern to help grow its consumer‑facing talent side. You will work directly with the founding team to design and execute marketing strategies that attract top talent to Clera’s platform.

Key responsibilities

• Help build and launch campaigns to attract talent, supporting paid social on Meta, TikTok and other B2C channels.
• Create engaging social‑media content, manage Clera’s presence across platforms, and write blog posts and newsletters for the US talent community.
• Support community‑building initiatives, organize virtual events, webinars and AMAs, and synthesize user feedback.
• Track and report on key B2C metrics such as sign‑ups, activation, engagement and referrals.
• Run A/B tests on landing pages, emails and ad creatives, using data to double down on winning channels.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled at a US university (Marketing, Communications, Business or related) or a recent graduate.
• Passion for B2C marketing and consumer growth.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment and thinking in experiments.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Desire to see the impact of your work through measurable results.
