AWS DevOps Lead

About the role

The AWS DevOps Lead will join Infosys Cloud unit to design, implement and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructures. You will work with cutting‑edge technologies, collaborate with multi‑vendor teams and drive automation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop diagnostic tools, establish monitoring protocols and resolve complex incidents through root‑cause analysis while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Conduct detailed IT infrastructure evaluations, identify gaps and risks, and recommend tailored enhancements.
• Create scalable, secure and high‑performing infrastructure solutions and optimise deployment processes.
• Develop and enforce robust change‑management procedures to minimise risk during system updates.
• Analyse system performance, implement advanced monitoring, address capacity needs and design solutions to prevent bottlenecks.
• Implement security measures, disaster‑recovery strategies and perform risk assessments.
• Identify process‑optimisation opportunities, design automation tools and evaluate their impact on productivity.
• Collaborate with multi‑vendor and cross‑functional teams, document project activities and maintain knowledge repositories.
