Automotive Service Advisor – Customer Service & Warranty Specialist

About the role

Join the busy Service Department at Ford of Harvey as an Automotive Service Advisor. You will guide customers through vehicle maintenance, explain the value of manufacturer‑recommended services, and ensure a positive service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform walk‑around inspections of customer vehicles and accurately identify service needs.
• Record vehicle and client information on repair orders and verify warranty documentation.
• Interact with customers to determine immediate service requirements and act as the liaison between technicians and clients.
• Review service history and multi‑point inspection results, then recommend appropriate services.
• Verify completed work by inspecting the vehicle before return and conduct active vehicle deliveries.
• Support department goals by increasing sales of labor, parts, and accessories.

Required profile

• Strong organizational abilities and a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Technical certification (preferred) and manufacturer training certifications.
