Associate Manager, Social Media

About the role

Bumble is seeking an Associate Manager, Social Media to help shape and execute the brand’s presence on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Reporting to the Associate Director, Social Media, you will work closely with the Social Media Manager to keep Bumble’s channels active, culturally relevant, and engaging.

Key responsibilities

• Create and capture platform‑native short‑form video and photo content using an iPhone, including appearing on‑camera when needed.
• Manage the social content calendar, schedule posts, and ensure quality assurance across all platforms.
• Monitor trends, conversations, and community feedback to develop insights and propose relevant content ideas.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify patterns, and recommend optimizations for future content.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Creative, Product, PR, Partnerships) and coordinate with creators and agencies.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, community management, or related fields.
• Comfortable appearing on‑camera and capturing content with an iPhone.
• Strong interest in internet culture, dating, relationships, and Gen Z trends.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to develop a creative point of view.
