Associate Customer Account

About the role

Join Nestlé USA’s Coffee & Beverage Division as an Associate Customer Account, supporting the Account Management team to meet annual sales targets. You will work closely with Account Directors, Account Managers, and internal partners to ensure smooth customer and distributor operations.

Key responsibilities

• Trade Auditing/Analysis – manage deduction reconciliation, post‑audit claims, and financial forecasting for customer accounts.
• Customer Distributor Support – coordinate logistics, resolve system connectivity issues, and monitor out‑of‑stock reporting.
• Customer Account Team Support & Systems Administration – maintain item data, pricing, UPCs, and manage large‑scale planning meetings and promotional contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1–2 years relevant experience in administrative, analytical, or sales‑support roles.
• Strong organization, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SharePoint and collaboration tools.
