Associate Consultant – Launch Program 2027

About the role

Join Mastercard’s 18‑month Launch Program as an Associate Consultant in San Francisco. You will work on real business challenges, applying data‑driven insights and technology to help leading brands solve strategic problems.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate in small, cross‑functional teams to design and implement solutions for major clients.
• Own deliverables and build strong external relationships with client stakeholders.
• Leverage Mastercard’s predictive analytics platform (Test & Learn®) and SQL to design and run data‑backed business experiments.
• Gain exposure to multiple industries, including financial services, retail, hospitality, and more.

• Strong analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
