Associate Consultant – College Hire Program

About the role

Sogeti is looking for recent graduates to join its College Hire Program as Associate Consultants. Based in Kansas City, you will work on real client projects from day one, applying emerging technologies to solve business challenges across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand their business problems and contribute to solution design.
• Develop and deliver modern applications, cloud‑native services, and data‑driven insights.
• Participate in quality engineering activities to ensure scalable, reliable solutions.
• Collaborate with national teams on high‑visibility projects in sectors such as healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and financial services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Quality Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a demonstrated growth mindset.
