Associate Business Consultant - Life Sciences R&D

About the role

Veeva is launching a 20‑month Business Consultant Development Program for recent graduates who want to build a career in life‑sciences consulting. You will work on customer‑facing engagements that combine Veeva’s software, data and AI with industry expertise to accelerate drug development and improve operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deliver all components of customer engagements, including communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, process and data analysis, and timeline management.
• Collaborate with senior Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimize operating models, processes and business performance.
• Leverage Veeva’s software platforms and data assets to develop tangible business and operational solutions for clients.

Required profile

• Strong desire to work in an intense, challenging graduate program.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Process‑driven mindset with a passion for digging into operations, numbers and data.
• Bachelor’s degree with a 3.0‑4.0 GPA in any major; upcoming graduate.
• High work ethic, integrity and honesty aligned with Veeva’s public‑benefit values.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for client engagements, coworking and internal events.
