Associate Brand Manager

About the role

The Associate Brand Manager will support the development and execution of brand tactics that drive awareness and demand for CooperVision's contact lens portfolio in the United States. This full‑time, onsite position works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and performance across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver brand tactics that increase awareness and generate demand.
• Create monthly and quarterly performance reports and update forecasts for the CVI US contact lens portfolio.
• Manage fit set allocations, liaise with sales and commercial operations, and act as the primary point of contact for related stakeholders.
• Lead the execution of marketing programs, new product launches, and strategic projects.
• Collaborate with brand, customer marketing, field sales, finance, insights, commercial operations, and professional affairs teams.
• Develop and optimize product claims, messaging, and go‑to‑market plans.
• Maintain timelines, asset delivery, and support sales‑force training rollouts.
• Prepare materials for medical/legal review and track revisions.
• Support research execution, surveys, and analysis of customer feedback.

Required profile

• Authorized to work permanently in the United States without future sponsorship.
• Willingness to work onsite five days a week in Victor, NY.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable marketing plans.
• Excellent collaboration skills across multiple functional areas.
