About the role
The Associate Brand Manager will support the Brand Marketing team in shaping menu innovation and marketing strategy for sweetgreen. Working across the menu calendar, go‑to‑market campaigns and product launches, you will help drive brand experiences that resonate with guests.
Key responsibilities
- Develop brand strategy briefs and translate consumer and competitive insights into creative direction for internal teams and agency partners.
- Lead 360° go‑to‑market planning and execution for new product launches, collaborating with CRM, loyalty, digital, social and marketplace teams.
- Partner with Culinary, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance to drive menu innovation, positioning and launch readiness.
- Manage the annual marketing calendar, track performance metrics and report on launch outcomes.
- Own product financials, monitor budgets, POs and reconciliation in partnership with Accounting.
- Coordinate cross‑functional communications, project timelines and work‑back schedules to ensure seamless execution.

- Proven problem‑solving skills, both independently and within a team.
- Curious, resilient and adaptable to a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience using consumer insights and data to inform decisions.

- Data analytics capability for product performance and financial analysis.
