About the role

We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our fashion, import, and jewelry operations for Walmart.com returns across a regional footprint. The role combines strategic planning, financial oversight, and people leadership to drive operational excellence and deliver a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams both verbally and in writing.
• Develop and execute the business plan for the assigned area, focusing on production, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Forecast staffing needs, monitor workload, and ensure performance targets are met.
• Manage financial performance by tracking expenses, monitoring asset utilization, and reviewing business reports.
• Ensure compliance with logistics, quality, and safety standards through policy development and documentation.
• Resolve associate, customer, and supplier issues using sound judgment.
• Act as a community liaison, participating in local organizations and championing company programs.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, providing feedback, coaching, and growth opportunities.
