About the role

Join Nespresso’s flagship boutique in Flatiron, NY as the Assistant Boutique Manager. You will co‑lead the store, drive sales and profitability, and deliver an unforgettable Nespresso brand experience while inspiring your team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver the “House of Hospitality” and ensure memorable customer experiences.
• Drive sales and service performance through coaching, communication, and use of chat‑ins to guide the customer journey.
• Develop and motivate staff, providing feedback, recognition and supporting growth alongside the Store Manager.
• Oversee operations including inventory, scheduling, visual merchandising and quality standards.
• Act as a coffee expert, offering tastings, advising customers and sharing sustainability practices.
• Plan community events to attract new customers and strengthen brand presence.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in fast‑paced or luxury retail, with at least 2 years supervising staff.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong time‑management and prioritisation skills to handle multiple tasks.
• Passion for coffee, sustainability and willingness to educate customers.
• Availability to work open/close shifts, weekends and holidays.
