About the role
This position is based at Philips' Latham, New York facility where magnets for MRI machines are manufactured. You will work the first shift, Monday through Friday, focusing on precise assembly tasks and following detailed work instructions.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble intricate components for MRI magnets, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions to complete assemblies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while meeting production targets.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in light industrial, home‑improvement, or general warehouse environments.
- Ability to perform physical, cognitive and environmental requirements of a production assembler.
Required skills
- Soldering.
- Wiring.
- Fabrication.
- Reading technical drawings.
