Architect – Integrated Design Solutions

About the role

Foster + Partners is seeking an Architect to contribute to imaginative, integrated design solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects. Based in Los Angeles, you will work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment where technical rigour and creativity intersect to shape the built environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop drawings, models, images, and other design documentation that support project delivery.
• Take ownership of specific design areas and contribute meaningfully to project development.
• Coordinate project information with internal and external design teams.
• Participate in continuous professional development (CPD) and learning initiatives.
• Support the studio’s commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Required profile

• Confidence in understanding, formulating, and presenting design decisions.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to undertake architectural responsibilities to a professional standard.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
