About the role

Morris Adjmi Architects is seeking an Architect II to contribute to the technical and design development of complex projects. The role involves investigating client needs, evaluating design options, and delivering solutions that align with the firm’s Conversation‑Driven Design ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Lead specific technical design aspects of assigned projects, from concept through construction documentation.
• Conduct investigations, evaluations, and develop design solutions that meet client objectives.
• Provide professional architectural consultation in planning, design, and coordination of large‑scale, complex projects.
• Apply advanced architectural concepts independently and develop new techniques or procedures.
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to less‑experienced staff.
• Participate in all phases of the design process, ensuring accuracy and precision in deliverables.
