Architect II – Design & Technical Lead

About the role

Morris Adjmi Architects is looking for an Architectural Designer II/Architect II to take ownership of technical design aspects on assigned projects. The role involves investigating, evaluating, and developing design solutions that meet client needs while providing professional architectural consultation throughout planning, design, and coordination phases.

Key responsibilities

• Lead specific technical design tasks for large and complex projects.
• Investigate, evaluate, and develop design solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Apply advanced architectural concepts independently.
• Participate in all phases of the design process, from concept through construction documentation.
• Develop new or improved techniques and procedures as required.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff.
