About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking a qualified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its Urology Clinic in Little Rock. The incumbent will deliver high-quality patient care, support clinical operations, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary urology team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced nursing or physician assistant services to patients in the Urology Clinic, including assessments, procedures, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated, evidence-based treatment.
• Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic health record and adhere to regulatory and institutional policies.

Required profile

• Current or former employee of the University of Arkansas System (including student employees or graduate assistants) is preferred.
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States.
