Applied AI Technical Evangelist, Startup Ecosystem

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a Technical Evangelist to be the face of the company within the startup ecosystem. You will drive awareness and activation among founders and their technical teams, showing them how to build real products with Claude and guiding them from the first API call to production deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead live, hands‑on developer sessions at ecosystem events, turning curiosity into platform adoption.
• Design and run build‑a‑thons, technical office hours, and workshops at VC and accelerator partner events.
• Create a repeatable playbook for converting ecosystem touchpoints into measurable developer sign‑ups and active usage.
• Partner with the Startups GTM team to ensure smooth handoffs from relationship to activation to retention.
• Produce production‑quality technical resources such as code samples, reference architectures, tutorial repositories, and blog posts that enable small teams to ship with Claude quickly.
• Build live demos and prototypes that showcase Claude’s capabilities for common startup use cases.
• Own the technical track at Anthropic’s builder summits and global startup activations, designing sessions that move developers from curiosity to building.

Required profile

• Experience shipping products and navigating the early‑stage startup grind.
• Comfort speaking to technical co‑founders as a peer.
• Ability to build live demos and write real code, not just present concepts.
