Applied AI Architect, Partnerships

About the role

Anthropic is seeking an Applied AI Architect to lead technical partnerships with global system integrators and cloud providers. In this pre‑sales role you will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping partners build and deliver AI solutions that align with Anthropic’s mission of safe and beneficial AI.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical thought partner for Anthropic’s GTM team, shaping partner strategies and driving strategic programs.
• Embed with GSI and cloud partner engineering teams to enable AI practices, troubleshoot complex issues, and evangelize Anthropic technology.
• Co‑create industry‑specific GenAI solutions, reference architectures, and best‑practice guides to accelerate deployments.
• Provide direct technical support to unblock strategic customer deals where partners are the primary delivery vehicle.
• Represent Anthropic at partner workshops, AWS summits, industry conferences, and lead technical enablement events such as hackathons.
• Gather product feedback from partner deployments and relay insights to Anthropic product and strategy teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a customer‑ or partner‑facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager).
• Proven experience collaborating with global system integrators and/or cloud providers on complex solution design and delivery.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to C‑suite executives, engineering, and IT audiences.
• Strong presentation abilities and a track record of translating business requirements into technical solutions.
