Antibody Engineer – Computational Protein Design

About the role

We are looking for exceptional antibody engineers and computational protein designers to help evaluate, expand and apply our de novo antibody design models. You will join an elite team of biologists, computational scientists and AI researchers.

Key responsibilities

• Probe the design space for novel targets and formats, validate in‑silico solutions in the lab, and distill empirical rules from experimental results.
• Execute experimental programs at scale to guide, train and evaluate next‑generation models, collaborating closely with AI researchers and pharma partners.

Required profile

• PhD or equivalent experience in Antibody Engineering, Computational Biology, or Protein Sciences.
• Hands‑on experience designing and characterizing antibody‑based biologics, proficient in molecular‑biology workflows, binding and developability assays, and structure inspection using PyMOL.
