Amazon Connect Developer (Remote, US)

About the role

Infosys is seeking an Amazon Connect Developer to join its Engineering unit. The position is open to candidates located anywhere in the United States and can be performed remotely. You will work on contact‑center solutions, integrating AI and data‑science capabilities into Amazon Connect environments.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for contact‑center applications.
• Lead design discussions, capture architectural decisions and guide the development team.
• Develop, code, and integrate new features while ensuring system stability.
• Perform code reviews, maintain repositories and manage codebase changes.
• Design and execute test strategies, analyse outcomes and coordinate bug‑fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks for new releases.
• Respond to production incidents, propose preventive measures and improve reliability.
• Maintain comprehensive records of code, testing procedures and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative attitude and clear communication skills.
• Experience handling full SDLC phases from requirements to deployment.
• Ability to translate complex specifications into actionable development tasks.
• Passion for software design and hands‑on coding.
• Proactive mindset for testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) services, especially Agentic AI offerings.
• IVR concepts and contact‑center infrastructure.
• Artificial intelligence and data‑science fundamentals.
