Aircraft Technician – Dallas/Fort Worth

About the role

The Aircraft Technician will perform maintenance, servicing and approved structural repairs on Emirates and third‑party aircraft at Dallas/Fort Worth. Working under the guidance of a Licensed Aircraft Engineer, you will ensure all tasks comply with manufacturer procedures and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out routine aircraft, engine and component servicing, fluid replenishment, refuelling and systems charging.
• Perform approved structural repairs and component replacements following the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Illustrated Parts Catalogue (IPC) and Component Maintenance Manual (CMM).
• Assist Licensed Aircraft Engineers with walk‑around checks, troubleshooting, defect rectification and modifications as directed by job cards.
• Promote a safety culture by maintaining clean work areas, controlling FOD and adhering to airport safety regulations.
• Maintain personal grooming standards, attendance and punctuality to maximise ground time and avoid operational delays.

Required profile

• Trained in aircraft trade disciplines and able to work under the direction of a Licensed Aircraft Engineer.
• Possess a valid airport driving permit and be familiar with airport manoeuvring area requirements.
• Commitment to safety, housekeeping and continuous improvement through supervisor‑led development plans.

Required skills

• Interpretation of Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Illustrated Parts Catalogue (IPC) and Component Maintenance Manual (CMM).
• Aircraft servicing, fluid replenishment and refuelling procedures.
• Component replacement and structural repair techniques.
• Troubleshooting and defect rectification on aircraft systems.
• Knowledge of airport safety regulations and FOD control practices.
