AI Training Software Developer (Python/JavaScript)

About the Role

Join the forefront of Artificial Intelligence development by helping to train and refine next-generation LLMs. As an Application Developer, you will play a critical role in evaluating AI logic, solving complex coding challenges, and ensuring the highest quality of machine learning outputs through rigorous testing and feedback.

Main Missions

• Design and present complex coding challenges to AI chatbots to test their reasoning capabilities.
• Evaluate the accuracy, logic, and performance of AI-generated code and responses.
• Solve advanced algorithmic problems (similar to LeetCode or HackerRank) and provide detailed explanations of your solutions.
• Identify edge cases and debugging requirements to improve model reliability.

Profile Sought

• Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and technical accuracy.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts and coding logic clearly in English.
• Proven experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging processes.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript.
• Strong command of at least one additional language: C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift.
• Expertise in algorithmic problem-solving and data structures.
• Native or bilingual English proficiency.
