About the role

Infosys is seeking an AI Systems Architect to join its Engineering unit in Richardson, Texas. The role focuses on designing and delivering AI‑driven, data‑first solutions that enhance product‑centric value streams for clients in the telecom and technology sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to gather and analyze system requirements for performance, security, and scalability.
• Propose solution architectures, contribute to technology framework development, and support enterprise architecture definition.
• Evaluate market technologies and tools, conduct comparative analyses, and recommend optimal architectural options.
• Develop integration strategies and validate proof‑of‑concept implementations.
• Ensure knowledge transfer, quality adherence, and support build and deployment automation.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues during build, deployment, and support phases.
• Analyze system performance post‑implementation and identify potential risks.
• Produce architectural artifacts and technical documentation to enrich the team’s knowledge base.

Required profile

• Proven ability to analyze, design, and develop scalable and secure architectures.
• Strong aptitude for assessing multiple technologies, tools, and frameworks to recommend optimal solutions.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and delivering technical guidance.
• Ability to communicate architectural concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
