AI Solution Designer

About the role

The AI Solution Designer will join Infosys' Engineering unit to create intelligent, data‑first software solutions. Working within a collaborative technology consulting team, you will help translate business requirements into robust AI‑enabled applications that drive hyper‑productivity for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements during the elicitation phase.
• Facilitate design discussions, capture decisions, and guide the technical team.
• Develop, code, and integrate new features while ensuring system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain repositories, and implement test strategies.
• Provide user training, documentation, and support for smooth application rollout.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.

Required profile

• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirements to implementation.
• Experience translating complex requirements into actionable tasks.
• Passion for design, hands‑on coding, testing, and troubleshooting.
