AI Operations Engineer, Partnerships

About the role

Anthropic is looking for an AI Operations Engineer to join its Partner Experience team. You will design, build, and run Claude‑powered agentic workflows that automate partner onboarding, application triage, communications, and reporting. This is a hands‑on builder role focused on delivering production‑ready automations that reduce manual effort.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic workflows using Claude, MCP connectors, and API integrations to automate core partner operations.
• Collaborate with the systems lead to integrate workflows with the partner portal, CRM, enablement stack, finance, and database systems.
• Convert recurring manual tasks into reliable, monitored automations with guardrails and human‑in‑the‑loop checkpoints.
• Own the operational health of shipped automations, handling errors, edge cases, and updates as partner processes evolve.
• Prototype quickly by identifying high‑friction workflows with partner managers and delivering a working version in days.
• Establish reusable patterns (skills, prompts, connectors, playbooks) and train the broader team to self‑serve simple automations.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience building with large language models and agentic tooling, including prompt and workflow design.
• Proven ability to work across APIs and business systems such as CRMs, partner portals, LMS, and spreadsheet‑based tools.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on shipping functional automations weekly.
